For Urban Automotive, we helped create a realtime 3D configurator that brings their luxury vehicle customisation experience into the digital world. Built with pixel streaming technology, the platform allows users to explore and personalise high-end cars in photorealistic quality directly from the browser. From body kits and wheels to custom wraps, every detail can be configured in an immersive environment designed to match Urban’s bold brand identity.

I was responsible for all 3D production within the configurator pipeline, converting complex CAD data into optimised realtime assets for Unreal Engine while maintaining strong visual quality and performance for pixel streaming.

I also ensured all vehicle parts coming from different manufacturers fit together correctly. Since the source files and components were never fully aligned, every part required adjustment and refinement to create a seamless final model.

Alongside the vehicle work, I created the full realtime environment for the configurator based on the client’s vision of a gritty, urban parking setting. I managed the full 3D workflow from source files and optimisation to the final implementation inside Unreal Engine.
